I started my fitness career in 2005 after serving 4 years in the U.S. Navy. Since then, I’ve helped hundreds of people lose fat, build strength, and feel like the person they always wanted to be.

I’m certified by NASM, trained in corrective exercise, kettlebells, boxing, and more. I’ve run ultra-marathons, completed Tough Mudders, and built The Training Notebook — an app used by trainers worldwide.
